PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON INDRADEV YADAV V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 18:

1. The defect(s) pointed out by the office on 03.02.2020 has still not been complied and in between, due to peremptory order 30.02.2024, the same having been not complied, it stood dismissed.

2. Later, in CR. MISC. No. 9152/2025, it was again restored on 26.03.2025.

3. However, as per office notes dated 15.04.2026, the appellants have chosen not to comply the order.

4. In that background, one week time after vacation is granted to the appellant to comply the order failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

4. In case, the order passed is not complied and the matter accordingly stands rejected, the same be posted under the heading "To be Mentioned"
