PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON INDRADEO SINGH AND ORS V/S AWADHESH SINGH AND ORS

PATNA, India, March 8 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:

1. In the light of Letter No. 9840 of 2025 sent by the trial Court, Office is directed to send fresh reminder for Trial Court Records in connection with Title Suit No. 64 of 1974 and 2 of 1977 from the Court of Additional Sub Judge-II, Jehanabad.

2. Trial Court is directed to comply this order within six weeks.
