PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON GAITRI DEVI V/S SHEOJI PANDEY

PATNA, India, March 8 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:

1. As prayed for by learned counsel for the appellant two weeks' time is granted to comply the order dated 26.06.2025 failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

2. In case, the order passed is not complied and the matter accordingly stands dismissed, subsequently, the same be posted under the heading 'To be Mentioned'.
