PATNA, India, Feb. 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 16:
1. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take steps for substituted service of appeal notice upon respondent nos. 9 and 10 through process of paper publication in a daily newspaper, namely, Hindustan Hindi & English regarding service of appeal notice.
2. Office is directed to provide proforma for paper publication for respondent nos. 9 and 10 within two weeks and learned counsel for appellants shall take steps for the same.
3. In the meantime, learned counsel for the appellants is directed to file an affidavit along with cutting of the newspaper publication before the concerned Section.
4. List this case on 27.02.2026.
