PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR SMT.GIRIJA SINGH V/S ALOK KUMAR SINGH

PATNA, India, May 26 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 24:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

I.A. No. 02/2022

2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed on behalf of the appellant for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of the sole appellant, Smt. Girija Singh, who died on 05.07.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the details of the heirs and legal representatives of the sole appellant have been given in paragraph no. 1 of the Interlocutory Application and they may be added as the appellant nos. 1(i), (ii), (iii) and (iv).

4. In view of the above, the name of the sole appellant, Smt. Girija Singh, is expunged and the names of the heirs and legal representatives of the sole appellant are substituted in place of the sole appellant who is no more.

5. Accordingly, the I.A. No. 02/2022 is allowed.

6. List this case on 08.05.2026, under appropriate heading.
