PATNA, India, May 26 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 24:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to correct the name of impleading respondent no.3 during the course of the day.
2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed on behalf of appellant seeking impleadment of impleading respondents in the present first appeal on the ground that impleading respondents have purchased the part of the suit property during the pendency of the present First Appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the impleading respondents have come in possession on the part of the suit property and they are the necessary party, therefore, it is interest of justice to implead them as party-respodents in this case.
3. The application is supported with the affidavit of the appellant.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for impleading of the impleading respondents.
5. The Vakalatnama on behalf of impleading respondents has already been filed on the record.
6. There is no objection on behalf of the impleading respondents.
7. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, I.A. No.6 of 2024 is allowed. Let the impleading respondents as stated in cause-title of the application be impleaded as respondent nos.4 to 7 in the cause title of present First Appeal.
8. Accordingly, the I.A. No.6 of 2024 stands disposed of

9. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want press the above noted I.A.'s.
10. Accordingly, I.A. No.4 of 2023 & I.A. No.5 of 2024 stands dismissed as not pressed.
