PATNA, India, May 26 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 24:
1. From perusal of the office notes, the office has pointed out that neither A/D nor undelivered speed post has been received with respect to respondent nos. 1(3)(3), 1(4)(1) & 1(4)(2). It has further been submitted that initially, vide order dated 04.12.2025, learned counsel for the respondents was granted four weeks' time for reconstruction of the important documents relating to the trial court records however, the same has not yet been done.
2. Nobody appears on behalf of the parties.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents are directed to comply with the order dated 04.12.2025. Further, three weeks' time is granted for awaiting the service report with regard to the notices issued earlier.
4. List this case on 15.05.2026, under appropriate heading.
