PATNA, India, Nov. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Nov. 1:
Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the letter No. 7 dated 18.06.2025, passed by the respondent No. 5, whereby and whereunder, inter alia, the petitioner who is claiming himself to be the Secretary of the Managing Committee of Islamia Urdu Academy +2, Mirganj, District Gopalganj, his appointment on the said post has been cancelled and further one Shri Md. Alauddin has been declared as the Secretary of the Managing Committee.
3. Learned Advocate for the State has made a preliminary objection and submitted that the petitioner has an alternative remedy before the District Teachers' Appellate Authority for redressal of his grievance and for interim protection as prayed for in the present writ petition.
4. Learned Advocate for the private respondent No. 6 is also present.
5. Having considered the nature of the grievance and the submissions advanced, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the District Teachers' Appellate Authority or any other competent authority by filing an appropriate application, who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders.
6. It is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points before the District Teachers' Appellate Authority or any other competent authority.
