PATNA, India, Aug. 7 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on July 16:
The record taken up on mentioning being made on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has approached this Court with limited prayer seeking direction to the learned Sub Judge-I, Araria to dispose of the Title Suit No. 158/2010 preferably within a period of six months.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the plaintiff/petitioner has completed her argument on 17.10.2022 and also filed her written argument and since 18.10.2022, the matter has been coming up at the stage of argument of the defendants/respondents. The learned counsel further submits that the learned trial court has shown much indulgences to the defendants/respondents and perusal of the copy of the order-sheets of the learned trial court annexed with the present petition will clearly show that a number of opportunities were given to the defendants for advancing their arguments.
