In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):-
That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for direction to the respondent authorities to create Jamabandi and register the name of petitioners register no. II and to grant mutation of the part of the land bearing Plot No. 1057 (Old) and Khata No. 216 (Old) having its area 6 1/2 decimal each total 13 decimal which have been purchased by the petitioners through registered sale deed on 26.02.2019 from one Sushil Kumar grandson of Late Babu Lal Ram and to grant to any other relief(s) for which petitioners may found entitled in accordance with law

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners purchased the land in question, appertaining to Khata no. 216(Old) and Plot No. 1057 (Old), as described in para 6 of the petition and thereafter approached the Circle Officer, Gaya for mutation of the said land, but the same was denied. It is further submitted that the petitioners also made an attempt to deposit online rent with respect to the said land, but the same was not accepted by the concerned Circle Officer.
3. Learned counsel on behalf of State has submitted that petitioners have not made any online application for the mutation of land in question. However, if the petitioners submit a fresh online application for mutation of the land in question, the concerned Circle Officer will look into the matter and pass appropriate order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh online application for mutation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. If such application is filed within the stipulated period, the concerned Circle Officer will pass an appropriate order after hearing the parties concerned, without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court, within a reasonable period of time.
