PATNA, India, Nov. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Nov. 1:
Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner claiming herself as Incharge Principal of the College has approached this Court for the reliers as under:
"That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the Respondents no.- 1 to 4 to consider and take appropriate on the action representation dated 05.07.2025/14.08.2025 of the petitioner and further to restrain the Respondent no.- 8 and 9 to withdraw and misuse of the remaining amount Rs 1,89,13,768.50/- out of the total amount of grant-in-aid Rs.2,01,59,768.50/- granted by the State Government and disbursed to Dr. Narayani Upendra Yadav Inter College, for last four sessions which is deposited in the State Bank of India, Gamharia Bazar Branch, Madhepura in the Bank Account no. 31101160357 of the College and also to take action for illegally transferring of the amount Rs 3,94,000.00 from the said account on 06/08/2025 by the respondent no.- 9 in his account by cheque no.- 758073 and Rs 8,52,000.00 total Rs 12,46,000.00 and further to restrain the Respondent no.- 8 and 9 to misuse the College Development Fund which is deposited in Bank Account no- 1185772612 of aforesaid SBI branch and further for direction to the Respondent no.-5 to take action against the Branch Manager, Gamharia Bazar, Madhepura (Respondent no.- 6) for his deliberate negligent act in connivance with Respondent no.- 8 and 9."

It is submitted that for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has approached before the Director, (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board, Patna by filing a detailed representation dated 14.08.2025, the copy of which is marked as Annexure-P/9, however, till date no action has been taken.
4. Learned Advocate for the respondents are present.

Considering the nature of the dispute and the grievance raised before this Court, it would be proper to direct the respondent no.4 to look into the matter and consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
