PATNA, India, July 7 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on July 2:
Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner came to be superannuated form the post of Associate Professor long back on 30.04.2019 from J. P. University, Chapra.
3. Mr. Shubh Narain Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner, submits that for redrssal of the grievance, as prayed for in para.1 of the petition, the petitioner has already filed representation, as contained in Annexure-P -/1/A, however, till date the same has not been considered and disposed of.
4. Advocate for the University referring to the order dated 26.07.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2755 of 2021, as contained in Annexure-P/6, has submitted that earlier the petitioner had come up before this Court and substantive payments under all heads have been paid.
5. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation for redressal of his grievance, let the same be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of twelve weeks from today.
6. Suffice it to observe that if there is still any admissible amount due in favour of the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within the stipulated period.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
