PATNA, India, Nov. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Nov. 1:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Following is the relief(s) sought for in the present writ petition:
"(i) For a direction/directions, order/orders commanding upon the respondent authorities to appoint Urdu Knowing teachers and Head teachers/Head Masters in Urdu Schools and maktabs. (ii) For quashing/modifying memo no. 1934 dated 14.07.2025 as Urdu Knowing teachers/Head teachers/Head Masters have not been posted in Urdu Schools. (iii) For a direction/directions, order/orders Commanding upon the respondent authorities to protect the sanctity of Urdu Schools and Maktabs established/running by the Government of Bihar. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs as your lordships may think fit and proper."
3. From the perusal of the record, it appears that the transfer policy of the State, by virtue of which transfer and posting of the teachers are being made, has been challenged. None of the transferred teachers/Head Masters has approached this Court. Apparently, it appears that it is a sponsored litigation.
4. We find no merit in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same the dismissed.
