PATNA, India, Aug. 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on July 22:
Appellant has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 23.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12981 of 2019. Appellant's name for Anganbari Sevika is the subject matter and she is entitled to certain weightage on account of her disability. Disability issue was doubtful, therefore, we have directed to All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna (in short AIIMS, Patna) to undertake Medical Examination and furnishing report or a Medical Board opinion relating to disability. The AIIMS, Patna furnished its communication dated 01.03.2025, which reveals that the Appellant is not suffering from any disability. In the Medical Board's Opinion, it is expressed as under:
'1. Percentage of B/L Hearing disability is 0% (ZERO Percent).'
2. In the light of the aforementioned opinion of the Medical Board, Appellant has not made out a case so as to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, the present L.P.A. No. 1139 of 2019 stands dismissed.
3. Pending I.As., if any, stands disposed of.
