PATNA, India, July 1 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on June 27:
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents-State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioner herein is squarely covered with the direction given by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11645 of 2019 (Manjay Kumar and Anr. Vrs.
The State of Bihar and Ors.). Therefore, it is prayed by him that this petition may be disposed of in the similar terms as has been passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11645 of 2019.
3. On the basis of the above submission made by the counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to firstly make their representation before the concerned respondent and on submission of such representation, the concerned respondent is also directed to decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and law and further taking into consideration the observation made by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11645 of 2019 (Manjay Kumar and Anr. Vrs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) and pass the order as early as possible probably within 60 days from the submission of such representation.
4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
