PATNA, India, Oct. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Sept. 25:
Core issue involved in the present lis is that 5th Respondent - Jyoti Devi has furnished residential certificate is a genuine or not?
2. One of the requirement for participation in the allotment of L.P.G. Distributorship is that candidate must be resident of that particular location. 5th Respondent has furnished certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities with reference to affidavit.
3. Learned counsel for the Appellant submitted that certificate is not a genuine document and it is issued on the basis of only affidavit. Perusal of the records, it is crystal clear that the Appellant has not assailed the certificate issue by the Revenue Authority. As long as residential certificate issued in favour of the 5th Respondent is intact. The Appellant has not made out a case.
4. Accordingly, present L.P.A. No. 120 of 2025 stands dismissed. Pending I.As., if any, stands disposed of.
