PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 2:
1. Appeal be admitted.
2. It is submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the appellant that the Lower Court Record is tagged with Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No. 946 of 2025. Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 946 of 2025 be tagged with the instant appeal.
3. The appellant is directed to prepare typed copy of requisite numbers of paper book within a period of four weeks from today and serve a copy of the same to the learned A.P.P. for the State.
4. Learned counsel for the State is at liberty to file written objection against the prayer for suspension of sentence.
5. The matter be listed under the heading "For Orders" after filing of the paper book.
