ORISSA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NRIPEN BISWAS V/S STATE OF ODISHA

CUTTACK, India, Feb. 26 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Jan. 27:

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr.Prasanta Kumar Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial Court after examination of the eye witnesses.

3. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
