In this appeal, the Appellant has challenged the order dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure-1) passed by the learned District Judge, Puri in ARBP No. 41 of 2024.

Heard.

Issue notice to Opposite Party Nos. 5 and 6 by Speed Post with A.D., making it returnable on 9th February, 2026. Requisites shall be filed within three working days hence.

Learned counsel for the State waives notice on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 4. Let four extra copies of the brief be served on him to enable him to take instructions in the matter.
