This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Mr. Manoj Kumar Mohanty, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, by producing the written instruction received from the OIC, Khamar PS and the query report submitted by the doctor with regard to opinion as to the injury to the deceased, prays to take the same on record. Accordingly, both the documents are taken on record.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of record, this Court feels the necessity to go through the spot visit report of the Scientific Officer, DFSL and accordingly requests both the parties to produce a copy of the aforesaid report by next date.
