CUTTACK, India, Feb. 26 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Jan. 27:

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. This is an application by the petitioner for rectifying his name in the cause-title.

3. Heard, Mr. Rasmi Ranjan Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Das, learned Addl. PP (vigilance) in the matter and perused the record.

4. After having considered the rival submissions and on going through the averments taken in the IA, since the name of the petitioner has been wrongly written as "Jaban Krishna Parida" instead of correct name "Jiban Krishna Parida", the prayer for correction of the name of the petitioner stands allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to file consolidated copy of the cause title by tomorrow. Hence, the IA stands disposed of.

Office is requested to accept the corrected copy of the cause title.
