PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 2:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of sole defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, he has already filed the limitation petition and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2025. Accordingly, the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter is removed.
2. I.A. No. 1 of 2025 is an application for condonation of delay. The Stamp Reporter has pointed out that there is delay of 147 days in filing this LPA.
3. Learned counsel for the State accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 8.
4. A copy of the LPA so also the interim application filed by the learned counsel for the appellant be served on the learned counsel for the State.
5. So far as respondent nos. 9 and 10 are concerned, issue notice to them, on the question of limitation under both process, i.e., ordinary as well as registered post with A.D., for which necessary requisites must be filed within a period of one week from today.
6.List this matter on 09.03.2026.
7.Objection, if any, to the delay condonation application be filed in the meantime, serving a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the appellant.
