ORISSA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON AMRENDRA KUMAR AND ORS. V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 2:

1. From perusal of the Office Notes dated 28.01.2026, it appears that vide Court's order dated 04.12.2025, Office was directed to send a express reminder to the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division)-III-cum-L.A. Special-III Judge, Civil Court, Patna to send the transmission of Exhibits 1 to 1/D and Exhibits A and B of Land Acquisition Case No.24 of 2002.

2. Accordingly, a letter with this regard has been sent by learned Special Land Acquisition Judge-III, Patna dated 24.12.2025 (Letter No.242) which has been kept as 'flag-L'. In the said letter, learned Special Land Acquisition Judge-III, Patna has requested some more time to trace out the Exhibits 1 to 1/D and A and B of land Acquisition Case No.24 of 2002.

3. Hence, further six weeks' more time is granted to the learned Trial Court to send the transmission of Exhibits 1 to 1/D and Exhibits A and B with regard to Land Acquisition Case No.24 of 2002.

4. Re-notify this case on 16.03.2026.
