CUTTACK, India, Feb. 26 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Jan. 27:
1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Achyutananda Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioners seek permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the Petitioners to file appropriate application before appropriate forum in accordance with the law.
3. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for. The document(s) filed in this bail application be returned back on proper substitution by retaining the photocopy of such document(s) duly authenticated by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
