4. As, the entire records of WP(C) No.13977 of 2016, are in the file of the CMAPL, then there is no justification and disallow this I.A. filing on behalf of the Petitioner.

5. Hence, the Petitioner is allowed for non-filing the certified copy of this impugned order and the filing of the same is dispensed with.

02 1. This Interlocutory Application under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed by the Petitioner, praying for condonation of delay.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition be listed after four weeks.
