Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the C.M.P application as well as the prayer made therein.
By filing the present C.M.P application, the Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:
"Under the facts and circumstances, the petitioner fervently prays that your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit the CMP, issue notice to Opp. Parties, call for the records if necessary and after hearing the parties for the counsel this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Puri in Civil Suit bearing number C.S. No. 465/2018 to dispose of the same within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court;
And allow the CMP and pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as deemed fit and proper."
