This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 18.12.2025.
Vide order dated 18.12.2025, petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 have been granted bail. However, in so far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, his bail plea was adjourned.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in so far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, the bail application moved by him along with the other accused persons may be allowed to be withdrawn. Since the charge sheet has already been filed, petitioner no. 3 may be granted liberty to renew his bail plea before the learned trial court.
The prayer made by the petitioner deserves merit. The petitioner no. 3 is granted liberty to renew his bail plea before the learned trial court.
