This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the application as well as the prayer made therein. By filing the present CMP application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner (Plaintiff-Decree Holder) has approached this Court for a direction to the learned executing court, i.e., court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Soro to conclude Execution Case No. 34 of 2015, arising out of C.S. No. 402 of 2002, within a stipulated period of time. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, contended that although the suit has been decreed in favour of the Petitioner (Plaintiff-Decree Holder), however, he is unable to enjoy the suit property. He further submitted that although the execution case was filed in the year 2015 and in the meantime more than a decade.
