1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Ms. P. Naidu, learned counsel appearing for opposite party files a
memo enclosing copy of order dated 21.08.2025 of the learned
District Judge, Puri in Test Case No. 19 of 2014, whereby the said
case has been dismissed for default of the petitioner. As such, nothing
survives for adjudication in the present writ application, which is
disposed of accordingly.
3. It shall be open to the petitioner to seek appropriate legal remedy
in case the Test case revives.
