Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
Perused the CMP application which has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 227 seeking setting aside of order dated 24.09.2024 and 27.10.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhanja Nagar on an application filed by the JDR under Order 26 Rule 9 of the CPC.
On a careful consideration of the submission, this Court is of the view that the matter requires further hearing in presence of the Opposite Parties.
Hence, issue notice to the Opposite Parties by Registered Post/Speed Post with A.D. by fixing a short returnable date. Requisites be filed within three working days.
List this matter in the week commencing 16.02.2026.
