This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). This I.A. has been filed by learned counsel for the Petitioners seeking modification of order dated 22.12.2025. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that in order dated 22.12.2025, it was mentioned that in the event the Petitioners are having more than two criminal antecedents, the order dated 22.12.2025 shall not be given effect to. He further submitted that after verification, it was known that the Petitioner No. 2 is having three criminal antecedents; therefore, the Petitioner No. 2 could not take advantage of the order dated 22.12.2025. Therefore, it was submitted that the order dated 22.12.2025 be modified.
