By filing the present CMP application, the Petitioner (Plaintiff-Decree Holder) seeks to challenge the order dated 24.10.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhawanipatna in Execution Case No. 15 of 2024, which arises out of C.S. No. 112 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, contended that in the pending executing proceeding, the Decree Holder filed an application under Order 21 Rule 17 of the C.P.C. seeking amendment of certain information provided in the execution proceeding. While specifying the information, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended.
