Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the CMP application as well as the prayer made therein.
By filing the present application, the Defendant-Petitioner seeks to challenge order dated 02.12.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court, Cuttack in C.M.A. No. 231 of 2024. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that on an application being filed by the plaintiff seeking police protection, the learned trial Court has allowed such application. He further contended that an order of injunction was passed on the application filed by the plaintiff. However, without alleging any violation of such injunction order, the plaintiff moved an application.
