This is a bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Balasore Cyber P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 457 of 2025 pending in the file of the learned JMFC (City), Balasore, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 318(4)/319(2)/338/336(3)/340(2)/113(2)/3(5) of the BNS and Sections 66(C)/66(D) of the IT Act, on the main allegation of cheating the informant and others after taking money by issuing fake and forged appointment orders.
Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. R.B. Mishra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter, and perused the record.
