This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. Perused the application as well as the prayer made therein. By filing the present CMP application, the Plaintiff-Petitioner has approached this Court challenging order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nimapara in C.S. No. 45 of 2018 whereby an application at the instance of the strangers-Opposite Parties, i.e., Opposite Parties No. 3 and 4 has been allowed under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of C.P.C.
