Mr. Jayaram Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioner by supplying a set of documents to Mr. Manish Dhir, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Sarthak Nayak, learned counsel for the CBI, prays to direct CBI counsel to take instruction with regard to ailment of the Petitioner. Accordingly, learned counsel for the CBI is hereby requested to take appropriate instruction with regard to ailment of the Petitioner from the concerned jail and produce it by next date.
