This I.A. has been filed seeking interim release of the Petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.140 of 2026 pending in the court of the learned JMFC (Cog), Aska, arising out of Aska P.S. Case No.36 of 2026, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 105/125/238(n)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 139 of Indian Electricity Act.
