This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
As per the kind minutes of the Hon'ble Chief Justice dated 11.09.2025 on a note put up by the registry, the matter was assigned to this Bench while this Bench was having the criminal assignment. In the meantime, the roster has been changed, this Court is not taking up bail applications. Neither this Court is taking up bail applications nor is it a regular Bench for bail applications.
In such view of the matter, the registry is directed to place this matter before the Hon'ble Chief Justice for consideration of the subsequent development and take necessary instruction from the Hon'ble Chief Justice with regard to the listing of the matter.
