This is the second successive bail application under Section 483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Nayapalli P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 93 of 2023 (C.T. Case No. 15 of 2023) pending in the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 302/498-A of the IPC, on the main allegation of committing uxoricide by subjecting her to torture and cruelty. Heard Mr. Sanjib Kumar Bhanjadeo, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. S.C. Pradhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, and perused the record.
