01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. This bail application, on being mentioned is
taken on board by way of special notice, since the
petitioners want interim bail to attend the post
obsequies of their later father, who was stated to have
died on 12.01.2026.
3. The petitioners by way of this bail application
U/S.483 of BNSS have sought for grant of interim bail
in connection with Lalbag PS Case No.232 of 2021
corresponding to ST Case No.73 of 2022 pending in the
file of learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Cuttack, for
commission of offences punishable U/Ss.307/302/34 of
IPC.
4. Heard, Mr. Satya Ranjan Mulia, learned counsel
for the petitioners and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned
Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused
the record.
