This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Kotagarh P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 67 of 2024 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Kotagarh, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 147/148/121/121-A/120-A/120-B/302/506/460/149 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, read with Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, read with Sections 16/18/20/22/38 of the UAPA Act, on the main allegation of providing information to the Maoists with regard to the movement of Police as well as that of the deceased as a Police informer, which led the Maoists to kill the deceased, Metala Raita.
