This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). This is an application by the petitioner for grant of interim bail on the ground to register for the Spring semester course and attend the classes so as to be eligible to appear for the next semester examination. In the course of hearing, Mr. Ashok Parija, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Mr. S.N. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner, by relying upon Annexure-5, prays to grant interim bail to the petitioner. However, Mr. J. Panda, learned Central Government Counsel, by referring to two documents under Annexure-E, prays to reject the interim bail application of the petitioner.
