Mr. Mahesh Das, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial Court at a later stage. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
