Mr. Bikash Chandra Parija, learned counsel for the petitioner, by filing a comprehensive affidavit, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application with a prayer to direct the learned trial Court to expedite the trial. The comprehensive affidavit be kept on record.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn, and the learned trial Court is requested to proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment.
