India, Dec. 1 -- The Government of India has issued a release:

The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) signed an agreement with Adani Skills and Education Foundation on November 26, 2025. This gave it recognition as an awarding body (MANAK) with pan-India territorial jurisdiction.

This accreditation authorizes Adani Skills & Education Foundation to award and certify learners for NCVET-approved qualifications in the port logistics sector. This ensures a structured, accountable, and quality system of vocational training across the country.

NCVET strives to strengthen industry participation in the national skills ecosystem. Collaborating with Adani Skills & Education Foundation, which has significant expertise in ports, logistics, and infrastructure, will enhance the quality of training with industry-aligned standards, in accordance with NCVET guidelines, and expand opportunities for learners.

NCVET has approved Adani Skills and Education Foundation's first qualification in the port management sector. This is a significant step towards meeting the skilled workforce needs of one of India's most important and rapidly growing sectors.

NCVET looks forward to a fruitful collaboration that will further strengthen the vocational training landscape and contribute to providing youth with reliable skills and pathways to national-level employment.
