The two-day Summit shall bring together representatives from Central Ministries, States and Union Territories, technical experts, Panchayat members, NGOs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), community organisations, and recipients of the National Water Awards and Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari Awards.
