SHILLONG, India, April 20 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 20:
Mr. P. Yobin, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this instant petition with liberty to file afresh.
Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty sought for allowed.
