SHILLONG, India, April 14 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 12:
1. This is an application on behalf of the applicant for impleading the Group Commandant, Central Industrial Security Force (Ministry of Home Affairs), CISF Group HWR, Beharbari, Lalmati, Sawkuchi, Guwahati, Assam as necessary respondent No. 4.
2. The same is not objected to by Ms. M.Myrchiang, learned counsel vice Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI on behalf of the respondents.
3. Accordingly, Group Commandant, Central Industrial Security Force (Ministry of Home Affairs), CISF Group HWR, Beharbari, Lalmati, Sawkuchi, Guwahati, Assam, stands impleaded as respondent No. 4.
4. Misc. case stands disposed of.
5. Registry is directed to make necessary additions in the cause title.
