SHILLONG, India, Feb. 26 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 27:
On the prayer made by Ms. P. Chettri, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has submitted that there are similar matters pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court awaiting disposal, adjournment as sought for is therefore allowed.
