MEGHALAYA HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON SHRI. WOLFLIN PYNGROPE V/S STATE OF MEGHALAYA AND ORS.

SHILLONG, India, June 13 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on May 11:

1. Mr. S.Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Matter accordingly stands closed and disposed of on withdrawal, however, with liberty as prayed.
